Farrah Khimji is a business strategist, keynote speaker, and founder of The Wellth Experience, where she helps high-achieving women redefine success and build businesses that reflect who they are becoming.

With nearly two decades of experience across private equity, venture capital, and commercial real estate, and credentials including a CPA, an MBA, and a specialization in strategy from Harvard, Farrah brings both strategic depth and real-world experience to her work.

Eight years ago, a pivotal chapter forced her to confront the identity she had built around achievement, performance, and recognition. It led her to reimagine success through a different lens, one rooted not in external validation, but in authority, truth, and meaningful contribution.

Today, she works with founders, executives, and entrepreneurs to build businesses shaped by their voice and lived experience, businesses that are differentiated, profitable, and fully their own.
